To minimize the cost of company, just follow the Japanies
technique - i.e. "5 S"
1)Sort , 2) Set in order, 3)Shine, 4)Stabilise & 5) Sustain
it.
1) Sort - sort out the area where you spend more money
2) Set in order - once you find the area where you are
spending more money there you can prioritise your expenses
& find out the expenses which you can avoide or reduse till
the bottom end.
3) Shine - Once you find the reason(Sort) & solution (Set
in order) you must communicate it to other / concern
persons about your changed policy.
4) Stabilise - Once you prepared your policy slowy try to
get implemented among the peoples & keep it continuying, so
at the first month you won't get the better result, but
after few month you can realise the increase of profit,
because any new policy will take some time to get stabilise.
5) Sustain - Once all the peoples started applying the
rulles as per the policy, do not allow them to break it,
sustain it.
This is the way Japan had recovered his financila postion
after the second world war (Nuclear bombing from America).

i am working in pvt company as accountant. but i have one doubt in case of tds deduction. becouse we have paid Rs.25000/- to Just Dail Group account as a Advertisement Expences. I know Rules of Tds deduction Rule no: 194C any payment to contract (advertisement contract) must want to deduct tds (1.133%)if u paid advertisement expences more than Rs.20000/- (one time). but my doubt is this. how much our assessment value in this creditor. up to 20000 don't want to pay tds. r we only assessed value Rs.5000 (25000- 20000), ie Rs.56.65 or whole amount (25000)ie Rs.283.25. anybody can help me

sir, i m working in an ngo as accountant but new. pleas clear my doubt in tally. suppose 'a' salary is 5000. he taken 3000 advance from salary and not returned. i paid a cheque next month rest 2000.
