Microprocessor has no inbuilt memory whereas microcontroller
has inbuilt memory and accessing speed is more compared to
processor.

cpu, ram and other stuffs are altogether in the
microcontroller but in microprocessor these are separated.

Microprocessor has ALU, Address Bus, Data Bus, internal
Registers but it does not contain RAM,EEPROM,FLASH along
with peripherals like ADC,UART,CAN,RTC,PWM
Controller,USB,which is available on chip with Micro controller.
