FAT32 - limits the partition format limit upto 32GB only.
Low security
NTFS - can format upto 1 TB
Security high.
We can use Encrypted File System.

1) supported by all windows O.S. from windows 95
windows 2000 on wards
2) max partition size : 2 TB
16 TB
3) Max size of Singe file : 2GB

4) number of Clusters will be 2^28 ( not 2^32)

5) cluster default size will be 4Kb

FAT32-FAT means File Allocated Table.It supports O.S
win95,win98
NTFS-New Technology File System. It supports O.S WIN XP ,
WIN 2000 Prof. 2003 server, vista, 2008 server
