FAT32 - limits the partition format limit upto 32GB only.
Low security

NTFS - can format upto 1 TB
Security high.
We can use Encrypted File System.

NTFS:

1) supported by all windows O.S. from windows 95
windows 2000 on wards
2) max partition size : 2 TB
16 TB
3) Max size of Singe file : 2GB
16 TB
4) number of Clusters will be 2^28 ( not 2^32)
unlimited
5) cluster default size will be 4Kb
4 Kb
6) boot sector will be the first and last
first and sixth
7) file encryption is not possible
supported
8) file compression is not possible
supported
9) disc quota not permitted
allowed
10)RAID not supported
supported
11)volume mount point is not supported
supported

Difference between FAT32 and NTFS

FAT32-FAT means File Allocated Table.It supports O.S
win95,win98
NTFS-New Technology File System. It supports O.S WIN XP ,
WIN 2000 Prof. 2003 server, vista, 2008 server

3--it does not support compression of file.

ntfs---new technology file system
