see whenever your install any new software definetly most of
the softwares ask you to reboot system . so the point here is >
whenever a user or admin install the software the first
thing come over here is
1) software will get registered in computer system that can
be seen in
start > run > type > regedit
u can see by going here hkey current user and hkey local
machine folders.
most softwares which ask for reboot , if the user did not
reboot his system software will not work properly bcoz of
registry problem . so in order to avoid that , reboot is must.
if sytem get rebooted then the files of that particular
software will get registered , than the software will work
perfectly . this the main reason and next thing i can say
is updating services.. whenever a genuine windows copy
getting updated then restart compulsory to make it available .

1) due to machine slow
2) for updating the service, some time service won't run
through local system , it will be run domian\username
3) for installing all updates & Patches

some times drivers are not compatable for the operating
system that is one reason...... and virus
problem..........and heardware...side proble that means
inside loose connections .or not compatable ...these are
