Hi, friends this is Rohit I have completed my b.tech in 2007 and I worked for 6 months in Brigade as Technical Support and now I want to gor for USA to persue my MS in comp science and I have written IELTS exam and I have 57% in b.tech with 10 backlogs, Are there any chance of getting VISA???

Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me " why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why these many backlogs" ? I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa? If I am rejected F1 visa, can I re-apply for H4 visa, and if so, is there a minimun time gap that should be given before reapplying for H4 visa? Thanks in advance.
