how to make neutral to ground voltage less than 5v?
my house is under the high voltage transmission line
so,proper grounding using rod salt n coal doesnt help me..so
wat i do as i cant operate my computer ..this high voltage
cause great problem to the motherboard i already two times
replaced it.in my house voltage is coming near to 25 v
between ground and neutral.plz kindly post ur answer to my

First measurethe line voltage with respect to earth and
neutral separately and check which one is lower.
Case -1 If Ground to line voltage is lower then fault is
with ground ie earhing. It can be rectified by
strengthening the earthing or by making separate earth pit.
Case-2 If Neutral to line voltage is low then problem is
with your neutral line such case is to be dealt separately
as mentioneb below
a) either put isolation transformer in the circuit and
ground one terminal.
b) Make separate earth pit for the neutral line
c) check the main neutral connection ans size of the
neutral wire

for Mains supply (From pole to Meter board)and dont use any
metals In Terrace which are linked to the building because
it causes leakage flow through.

1.Whats the use of GNAC(Generator Neutral Accessory Compartment) 2. why generator or any other system require Neutral Grounding and not Phase grounding 3. what happens if any one of the phase is grounded. 4. if 15kv is grounded directly what will happen, why it should not be grounded like that 5. use of of NGTR(Neutral Grounding Transformer and Resistor) for grounding is helpfull and how
