temperature of a substance(consider water)upto boiling
point.here pressure remains constant may be in atm
pressre.after that further increase in heat doesnot change
the temperature
latent heat--it is the heat needed to change the phase of
the substance.during this heat addition the temp remains
constant
specific heat--it is the heat required to raise the temp of
a unit mass of a substance through one degree centigrade
