Template Projects: Quality Center 10.0 considers test
parameters in manual tests as properties of a test, instead
of as part of a specific test design step. This makes it
easier to manage test parameters in manual tests, and
enables the reuse of test parameters in multiple design
steps. Test parameters are now managed in a new Test
Parameters tab. Not availabe in QC 9.0

Sharing Libraries: In Quality Center Premier Edition can
now reuse entities in the project, and share entities
across multiple projects by creating libraries. Not
availabe in QC 9.0

Test Resource modulue, Password reset option by users are
features with QC 10.0
