if x=1.....value is 21
if x=2.....value is 19
if x=3.....value is 17
if x=4.....value is 15
so ans is.................17 for x=3 as per given options

if it is an modulus and not brackets then the minimum value is 23 with x=0

A:
firstly considering A.|2-x|+|6-x|+|10-x|, 6 is avg. of 2 & 10. So choosing x=6 will give min. value for these.
And then considering B.|-5-x|, This will be 5+x.
Finally putting the value of x in A&B and then adding it will give 19.

if x = -5
then fn = 9 which is the min. value for the fn.
