2 8052I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? If he chooses to study part time he can study under a visitors visa. Which would be easier to obtain given that he recently has been working in france for 9 months. hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much

hello i am nandu... my acadamic % is 61.09 n GRE - 910 , toefel -63 i hav applied for visa in july n got rejected .. n then again i applied in august n got rejected again... n da reason was "not going 2 return bak 2 india" ... for the two times i hav booked da slot through EMERGENCY slots... so now there is no chance for me to buk da slot in emergency... so for the 3rd time can i book the slot through normal slot?? if yes,i hav tried booking the slot through normal but its showing an error message stating dat "interview appointments are not currently available.. please check bak in 24hours.f u hav an urgent need to travel,please consult emergency appointment on this site.." so can any plzz give me a suggestion that how can i book my slot for the 3rd time in normal slots...

I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London. I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1?
