If L1 visa got rejected.Is there any time frame required for reapplying it? Once it got rejected,ll it be less chance of getting it again?
18451plz help.I have 65% in BE CS,gre score-1080.I have failed in 10 different subjects but few papers i cleared after 2 atempts,so should i consider that i have 10 backlogs or should i have to consider the repeated attempts(which comes to around 17 in total).Moreover im yet to apply for fall 2010,will i get an admit with this profile and finally will it be possible to get visa?kindly help
3 7212I had my H1-B visa interview today (29th October 2009), my interview went well however i was sent back with my passport and 221g form saying my title did not show up in their system and as soon as it does i have to submit my passport to get my visa stamped. Has anyone come a/c with this kind of issue??

After we completed our studies we had a grand religious marriage. I applied for my husband with my court marriage date not the religious marriage date. My question is that during interview do I have to mention that our religious marriage happened later (1yr after court marriage). Will that create any problems?

In my transcript, i have got only 58.6% in my high school taking the science faculty. My family has the expenses to pay for my tuition fees. My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. hi sir.i have my visa interview on 7 jan 2011..i have only one i-20 waiting for other admits..and i have not taken gre...and i have taken ielts and got 5.5..and i have good academic background ssc-76% inter-89% btech-71%(without backlogs)....please tell i will get visa or not...and also what i should answer if visa consulor asks why you have not taken gre....please help me...reply soon....
