Can you explain how you will be successful in a US university

I am now 23 years old and currently working as a Software Engineer in TCS,India. My current salary is over Rupees 4 Lakhs per annum(INR). My father who is LPR in United States has filed an I-130 petition for me in june 2003 in F2A category. Since my father is still not an US citizen(as he travels frequently to US), NVC shifted me in F2B category as per CSPA rules. After this, it seems that the case will still take 2 more years. I want to visit my sisters in US(they are US citizens). Should i applied for A US Business visa? I was rejected a business visa once in 2001. My intent is only to visit them for 3 weeks for a family get together.

I was selected in h1b visa for 2008-2009. I got papers also. i need to go for stamping to mumbai in this month or next month. what type of questions can i expect there please reply me. and also any thing difficult will be faced there?

I'm from sri lanka. i applied to enter the Univercity of North texas for the next semester. i done it through a local person. he is the one who handled all the document things. after paying my tutuion fees he took 6 more months to give me a reply. fianlly he gave me this I-20. but i have a small quiz. that is i don't know he has paid the money to the univercity which i have given him. if not after arrving usa, i will get a big problem. how can i make sure that everything is ok and i got the I-20 because the payment is ok?

i have completed my degree in (BZC) group and after i have finished my pgdca. Now i am working in a company as a programmer analyst and i have been paying the tds tax since one year. Now my company would like to apply for L1 visa, Now my qauery is whether i am eligible with my education or not? and tds paying is necessary or not? now i am working in cmm level-4 comapny can u please anyone suggest about my L1 visa?

I ws rejected an US visa under F1 Twice n I hav reapplied 4 it under B1/B2 cat.evn thn i gt that rejected.Nw i would lk 2 gt married n wuld lk to Pursue my studies abroad as a Doctor.My question here is whether my past rejection play a role here n pose any future problems in getting a Visa ,Iwould lk to gt the ans soon ...Plss do help me...........

Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?

Dear Sir, For financial assistance can i take sponsorship from US green card holder(Relatives). It's take any nagitive impact for getting F-1 Visa. actually i applied for work study programme. for that university does not ask GRE and Tofel score. Only they ask english profession certificate from graduation. After completion of all aspects i got i-20,In Visa interview any change is there asking about my GRE and Tofel score and how can explain. Hi All, I have attended for H1 yesterday. Interviewer was not happy with the project desc and asked for more documents mostly abt company profile and complete desc.she asked me to drop them in the drop box.but she said not to drop the passport. can anyone let me know what happens next. shall i consider it as lost as she didnt asked for passport? or after checking the documents will i be asked to appear again if she is ok with the docs? or how is it gonna be? However I do not wish to work with this group,I want to look for a job on the basis of H1B in hand and later transfer the visa to new employer, Is this possible? If yes how to go about it?

Hi Guys Situation :- I am working in a Company X , and applied for H1 from a different company Y , and good part is that i have got through the H1, means i got the H1 visa stamped and it is valid till 2011 , Now my company X wants me to apply for B1 , so will the new applied B1 will effect the H1 ? Will the US consulate cancel the H1 to give the B1 ? As i am planning to go to US @ the End of this year i can leave the current employer , who is asking me to apply for B1 , Please reply !!
