My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for ?

3287In our JNTUK system, there is a two subject exception rule, means we can leave two subjects without writing exams or can leave two failed subjects without clearing by the end of engineering. I failed in a subject in my 4th year and didn't need to clear it, so left it. I got all my certificates and got job at the same time. I have been working in infosys from past 3 years till date. Now I am applying for student visa. My doubt is that, do we consider that failed subject as a backlog or not? Do I have a backlog or not?

I have completed my P.G Diploma Form U.K and now i want to study Global MBA in U.S.A. I have applied to U.S.A Visa Three Times. I have applied 2 times From London U.S Embassy for visit Visa (b2) and one time From New Delhi for Student F1 Visa for Southern new Hampshire University. Now i am applying for the same university. All the 3 times i was rejected under section 214(b). This will be 4th U.S Visa Interview. My Sponsor is my Uncle who is U.S Citizen my father due to some loss in business he could not able to support me my father is having only Rs 6-8 Lacs in his A/C which is not sufficient for university which i have selected. Please guide as i have to face interview in next month. What will be the chances of getting visa?

Hi, I went to the USA in Feb 2008 on an H4 visa, there i applied and got an H1 visa. However for some reason i had to get back to my country- India in Nov 2008 - Now, i am going back to the USA next month as my husband has got a job opportunity there. I have a few queries : If i go on my H4 Visa, will my H1 visa still be valid? Should i go for a stamping againg for my H4 visa. My H4 will expire only in the later months, do i still need to get it stamped in my scenerio I do not have a job currently in the US. can i go on my dependant Visa as my husband is in the US.
