I have a valid H4 visa which I got last month. But now, I have got an onsite oppurtunity in my current project and my company would initiate L1B individual VISA for me. Will my H4 visa affect my L1B??
3881i am yet to finish my bpharmacy but my gre score is 278 my question that i have around 20 backlogs and the reason i couldnt clear them on time was due to health reasons wat are my chances of getting through the visa interview but the plus pt is i have been to the us as a tourist . is it necessary that i shud show my health certificate to prove that i was indeed ill the thing is that i have wasted 2 yrs writing my backlogs but in the mean time i have also worked in a pharma company for abt 1and half yrs so there any scope.

Hi, I had submitted applications to sponsor visitor Visa for my parents. During the application process, I had selected Hyderabad as the consulate. I want to schedule an interview in kannada and since my parents are residents of Karnataka, I am being asked to take up an interview at Chennai. Hello, I request you guys to help me I am in need. Here is my situation: I got denial on Jan 15-2010. University where I applied: California international University (small university,course was international business studies) Sponsors: Were in USA(my sister) Family Situation: Father in Govt service Mother LIC Agent A Younger Brother(who is well settled) According to me I got denial cause I have sponsor over there. Now please suggest me what changes I should bring So that I ll get VISA. I have thought of few : Like in DS 156 not to mention about my younger brother so that it will be like "I am the only son & I have the responsibility to take-care of my parents"(though I know that they have my past records). Secondly: This time sponsor ship will come from my side (I ll manage that). If you guys have another inputs then please temme ASAP. Thanks in advance.
