2372Hi my name is tony i was PR in Australia in skilled visa category. my lawyer did some bad things and after 2 years i got my visa cancelled. Now after marriage we have applied for canada on skilled category and main applicant is my wife. first we got approval from nova scotia canada and now they called us for an interview, we are in so much tension that can they check the earlier records or can they ask questions regarding my visa in australia on my passport there is no visa cancelled stamp. can somebody help i have my brother living in canada on permanent basis. we have interview after 2 weeks can somebody help us please??

Hi! I got rejected for my visitor visa for U.S.A. I am a CA in India and have my own firm. I also work at a company as a consultant. When they asked about, what i do for living, i said i have my own firm and didn't mention about my consulting job. They gave me reason stating that they think i am going to stay in U.S.A. What proof or evidence i should take with me for the next time? If I mention about my consulting job, does it make any differences? they didn't even see any of my papers. Please advise.
Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport.
