is booming day by day there is a two type of call centre
one is domastic and second one is international call
centre and there is two type of process which we have to
dial one is inbond where we have to recive the call of
customer and solve there problem through the phone and
second is outbond where we have to make the call to
customer about the compney product and sell the product
