What is the difference between "Earthing" and "Neutral"?
Answer Posted / ravi693
Earthing is used to shock prevention. It connect all
mettalic parts of our appliances/machines and send leackage
current to earth through low resistance path.
Neutral is used to complete the circuit. It acts parallaly
with live wire.
Every house/factory has own earthing connections. But
neutral is obtained from transformers and is common to all
loads which are supplied by transformers.
