SLA : Service level aggrement

: Example - Simply we can explain it as
Any errors triggered during the use of the application we
have configured to our client.
Status will be assigned by the company on type of errors
If it's high or medium or low ,it should be compled with in
the SLA(Servie level aggrement) aggrement between clint &
the company.
