HR is the area where one can understand the whole scenario
of the particular organisation which starts from joining to
attrition of employees, managing manpower,giving traning
and devlopment and many more.As I am very much interseted
in learning these skills and knowledge.
If i will get this oppurtunity in your organisation as a
human resources.I am very much sure that my career growth
will be very nice which will also help to the organisation
to acheive its goals.
