Call centre is such industry which is back up of any
organisation, in which customers are not intercated by face
to face, what ever is done it is done through phone or mail
Call center is divided in two parts that is inbound or
outbound, in inbound you recive the call and you have to
satisfy the customer in either way, in outbound you have to
call up the customer to give the info or to sell it depends
on the process,
