Right now I am working in India. I got an offer from a
Company in US and they sponsored for my H1b and my petition
was selected in the random selection. The Company A has
told me to join them only after getting H1b i.e. in Oct'07.
Simultaneously, my current company is filing L1B for me. My
current company will be sending me to US as and when L1B
comes. I don’t want to let go US Company offer which
depends on me getting H1b in Oct. My Question is, papers
for H1b is filed in Apr'07 by US Company, if papers for L1b
will be filed now, what will happen to my L1B and H1B
status? can i ahve both stamped? What will happen to my L1B
if they process now.What i meant was that papers of L1B and
H1b are being processed at the same year?

I have a valid H4 visa which I got last month. But now, I have got an onsite oppurtunity in my current project and my company would initiate L1B individual VISA for me. Will my H4 visa affect my L1B??

My H1 visa was filed through US employer in April 2008. After one month (in may 2008), my current employer in India initiated the L1 Blanket visa processing and i got the visa in September 2008. I went to US and worked there on L1 visa for one month and returned to India. In November 2008, i have attended the H1 visa interview as it got picked in lottary. During that interview, visa officer cancelled my L1 visa and put a query on H1. But i failed to submit the required docs by November 2009 as my US employer didn't provide them. Now the same employer in India initiated L1 blaket visa and the interview is schedled in next week. Could anyone share any information that would help me to give my best in the coming interview?? My company X is going to file L1 Individual Petition. Can I simultaneously apply for some company in US lets say B and I clear my interview and they apply for my H1 Visa. Will there be a problem in processing L1 Individual by company A as other company B may also start processing my H1 at the same time( as it takes some time to process H1). Hi i a mechanical Engineer graduate(non CS/IT) passed in 2007.I have an overall experience of 2 yr and 2 months in an IT Company.I am working since last 1 year in the current project.Am i eligible to apply for L1B blanket(My exp. is less than 3 Years).My manager wants me to travel to TEXAS but my company says it required 3 yrs of exp. for L1B blanket.If i am eligible then what is the chance of getting my VISA approved?? I had applied for student visa in Dec 2010 and the visa was refused as the interviewer said that "I am not convinced".
