Right now I am working in India. I got an offer from a
Company in US and they sponsored for my H1b and my petition
was selected in the random selection. The Company A has
told me to join them only after getting H1b i.e. in Oct'07.
Simultaneously, my current company is filing L1B for me. My
current company will be sending me to US as and when L1B
comes. I don’t want to let go US Company offer which
depends on me getting H1b in Oct. My Question is, papers
for H1b is filed in Apr'07 by US Company, if papers for L1b
will be filed now, what will happen to my L1B and H1B
status? can i ahve both stamped? What will happen to my L1B
if they process now.What i meant was that papers of L1B and
H1b are being processed at the same year?

I have more than 10years of experience in software company and my company is filling for l1b blanket visa. My b.tech degree is in chemical engineering. Do you see any issues in getting the visa?
My Company going to file L1-B next week.i completed my MCM FY in 2005 & due to health problem i was not able attend MCM final exam in 2006 hence i passed the MCM final in 2007 means i did 2 Year PG in 3 Year after that i have 3 year 6 month of IT experience.Do the 1 year passing diffrence in education can cause any issue in Visa. Hi , My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below concerns. I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i cleared all subjects and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i had arrears (Mathematics-1) which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a company(present employer) in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard, university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed in 2010 january". As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and as per my company I have i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in nov-2009). please advice me how to handle this.

I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). So, in this situation if my present employer asks these documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble. Please advice me what should I do in this situation. Thanks a lot in advance.
