What are the require qualification to join a call centre?

the requirement of qualification in a call center is just
good communication skill in English. there is nothing more
than this. with good communication, the basic requirement is
H.S.C, n more. age terms is strictly 18 and above. and abt
the computer if u want to join international call center,
the requirement of the typing speed is minimum 30WPM. if u
want to do work for back office. if u want to do work for
voice in international then u have to type minimum 25WPM.
that`s it. keep in m ind this things if u r interested to do
work in a call center.

I BTech fresher, passed out in year 2011, my percentage is under 60, I couldnt get placed for tht, given this situation I have no go but to get job anywhere, Im plannng to find a job in Call Center, in customer support role. How to convince the interviewer that I need this job? as most call centers do not offer jobs to B.Tech esp Customer Support jobs. Please help
