I wrote the group 1 exam too, and I think the cut off will
be in the range of 73 to 78 . The paper was moderate in
difficulty level. Last group 1 ( 2003) cut off was 67.
This year 10000 students will be selected for mains as
against 30000 students for mains in 2003.
