1-B.P.O. (BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING) IS A PROCESS IN
WHICH WE INCLUDE ALL ACTIVITIES TO FINISH THE MANUFACTRING
OF A GOODS. THIS IS A BIG PROCESS WHILE CALL CENTRE IS A
PART OF BPO.
2- IN DOMESTIC CALL CENTERS WE MAKE OR RECEIVE PHONE CALLS
FROM INDIA WHILE IN INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTERS KNOWN FOR
MAKING/RECEIVING CALLS OUT OF INDIA
3- CALL CENTRE IS RISING INDUSTRY. INDIA IS A DEVELOPING
COUNTRY AND WE ARE FACING PROBLEM OF UNEMPLOYMENT SO CALL
CENTERS ARE BOON FOR INDIAN YOUTH. OTHER COUNTRIES ARE
INTRESTED TO GIVE THEIR SALE OR AFTER SALE SERVICES TO
INDIA BECAUSE DUE TO OVER POPULATION THEY GET TALENT IN
REASONABLE PRICE SO CALL CENTRE INDUSTRY IS INCREASING AND
GETTING PROGRESS
