Training enviages to understand the job responsibilities of
every employee to the organisation. Every employee should
undergo training in a quarterely basis or yearly basis so
that the employee should understands the latest changes
and the technologies used. An employee adopt the latest
changes into the organisation where it is productive to the
organistion.
