My experience in multi tasking with my present company and
my strong will power to stay away from my family and to be
self dependent made me sure that I can go for overseas jobs

Objectives and Correlating Incentives Describe a time when you have set objectives and correlating incentives for a member of your team What were you trying to achieve in doing this, what were the objectives? How did you choose the incentives?
If you have a team , Team members do not follow policy and do not give exactly achievement, what will be doing you with them ?
