Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organisation in this
both are there voice and non-voice.
in bpo (voice) people will be collecting the payments and
in this two are there inbound and outbound.
INBOUND where customer will call us d he will ask his
querys.
OUTBOUND deals with where the (voice) people will call the
customers and making them alert that due date is completed
Regarding the payments and asking them to pay.
CALL CENTRE totally deals with makeing calls to the
customer regarding various matters.totally voice based .

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me? Also if they will do this , do i need to tell in my new job interviews about the offer letter which i got from wipro? If not , then how i can i explain my gap

Why doesn’t u go for technical one....as u r doing technical course from NIIT.
