THREE MAIN DRAWBACKS- WORK AWAY FROM HOME, COMPENSATION
COMPARITIVELY LESSER THAN THAT OF REMAINING ENGINEERS &
RECENT TRANSFERS/CHANGES OF SITES AS PROJECT COMPLETES AND
TO FACE DIFFERENT WEATHERS WHICH ARE AFFECTING HEALTH IN THE
LONG RUN.
THRE BEST THINGS - ADAPTABILITY OF THE SITUATION,GOOD
COMMUNICATOR WITH LOCALS WHERE EVER HE WORKS & CAN COMMAND
THE WHOLE MANPOWER WHAT EVER THE FIELD THEY BELONG TO.

NOT SUFFICIENT ;SOME TIMES IT ,AY BE PAID

7AM -4 PM

AT TIMES IT IS POSSIBLE

WHEN STAYED AT SITES ALL MOST 12 HRS PER DAY ACCORDING TO
WORK &REQUIREMENT.

SCHOOLING IN RURAL AREAS IS BEST TO GROW AS A CIVIL ENGINEER
