call centre or bpo is a unit which setup for a company and
thier call that made by consumers to obtain information ,
report a malfunction or ask for help and handling of calls
and thier problem can be solved, thier addressing
needs,asking question and providing scalable solution,there
are different type of bpo ,market research
base/helpdesk/order taking and processing appointment
setting,now a days software companies are trying new way to
increase thier business setting with business process unit.
