KPO stands for kwality process outsourcing.
it is the department where all the calls will be get
monitered
and it also gives the feed back,suggestion or advice to the
agents on the floor that how to interact with the customers
and in which way we have to handle the queries of the customer
and also how to start the call and end the call.And it is
the process where they will decide how much scores should
be given to the agents after monitering the calls and they
will decide who is the best performer of the month or year.
