Improving communication skills is not a short time plan ,
What I have learnt from my past experience is , you should
first work on your grammer, should form a gang of four -
five people who are interested in improving their
communication skills and should daily communicate within
the group for atleast an hour ( you should make sure that
within that one hour you will not speak in any other
language if some body does so , he should be fined for
samossa or burger or anything else), sit at some place
where nobody disturbs you and read news paper loud that
will be great help, watch movies on HBO or Star movies,
last but not the least dont hesitate in speaking english
infront of anybody coz its not your native language the
fact that you are trying is more than enough, coz
Many times when you feel what the other guy will think of
you when you say anything wrong , he is thinking the other
way round that what you are thinking of him
