Voice process will help me increase my communication skills. We believe that our English is totally right but people from different cultures and different regions have differences in their language so I would like to know that better. I would love to speak people with different kind of people and know their culture , their greetings and their thinking. ( International voice process)

I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months.
