My last weekend was great for me . I got up at 6 o'clock in morning and I took shawer and then I had breakfast with my younger brother . I was about to leave my home for my work shop . One of my friends called me and He invited me for his birthday party . I bought a. gift for him and reached his home at around 7 p.m . All of my friends and his friends presented there . And he had cut the cake around 8p.m we had fun together we kept fun till 10pm and had dine with all of my friends . Then Firstly I gave him gift and all my friends . Then I came to my home by 11 pm . I was totally exhausted . I hited the sack.
That is , how I spend my last weekend.

Can anybody point it the responsibilities of Team Leader of domestic Call Center or BPO. If you are answering the point it out and explained.
I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for. What is the best answer that I can possibly give? I am being judged for stability wihch is not true in my case
