I would like to join call center because its the fastest growing industry which provides ample opportunities to grow and have a good carrier. By joining call center will get to learn and know lot of new methods in a efficient working environment, interact, communicate with different people across different countries and explore my knowledge & skills on a global platform.

hello I"m ritu and i want a job in call centre I"m confused and nervous what happened in my first interview. whats the condition for this job.
I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me? Also if they will do this , do i need to tell in my new job interviews about the offer letter which i got from wipro? If not , then how i can i explain my gap
