India is called secular country because all the religion have equal right
All cast can choose or change their cast according to them . People can enjoy their religion, or festival without forcing or disturbing any other cast.India has no special religion means all cast have equal right .As an example :Muslim guys can also celebrate hindu's festival like diwali even then when they are also celebrating their festival like eid.
