Can we assign generated profiles to users directly?

Only SAP stranded profiles like SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles can assign the user directly.
In case you assign the other profile directly to the user 'pfcg_time_dependency' while performing user comparison will remove this profile when it will find that this profile is not associated with any role.
