it is the 54% of dry volume
1m3 wet volume = 54% dry volume
1 :1.5 : 3
1+(54%) x 1= 1+0.54 = 1.54
cement = (1x1.54) / 5.5
sand = (1.5x1.54) /5.5
aggregate = (3x1.54) /5.5
