The Constitution of India stands as a SECULAR STATE. It does not hold any particular religion for Union ( some countries declared themselves with name of a particular state like - ISLAMIC COUNTRY )
ART.14 State shall not deny to any person or religion
ART.15 NO Discrimination
ART. 16 Public Opportunity for all
ART. 25 Right to freely profess, ,propogate ,practice any religion
ART.26 NO DOMINATE RELIGION
ART.27 NO PERSON is liable to pay any such taxes for religion
ART.28 educational institutions can be maintained
ART. 29 ANY person can preserve his /her language ,script ,rituals etc.
ART .30 MINORITIES have right to establish their education system for them .
ART.44 CIVIL. CODE is open for all .
