1. I have used light weights block sizes 590*200*200
2. Volume Mortar = (42.3-37.8) *0.59*0.2*0.2
3. 1.06 cu.m
4. Mortar ratio 1:4
5. Volume of cement = 1.06*1/5=0.0213 cu.m*1440=30.58 kg
6. Volume of sand= 1.06*4/5=0.848 cum
