idoc(intermediate document) is a carrier to carry the data from one system to another system is called an idoc.
ale(application link enabling) is a sap technology.it is used to communicate b/w sap to sap system.
edi(electronic data interchange) it a technology it used to communicate between sap to non sap

i have executed a report via back ground job, in this report i have used enqueue and dequeue function modules on a table, but before releasing the lock(before dequeue function module is not call) job gives the dump, so the lock is not released the table, here my question is how to set the lock automatically release the there is a short dump before calling the dequeue module?
