SIZE OF COLUMN=400*600 mm
assume clear cover to column=40mm
Dia. of Stirrup=8mm
then
b=B-clear cover-dia. of stirrup
b=400-40-8=352mm
similarly
l=L-clear cover-dia. of stirrup
l=600-40-8=552mm
then
cutting length=2*(b+l)+2*10*dia of stirrup-5*2*dia of stirrup
cutting length=2*(352+552)+2*10*8-5*2*8
cutting length=1888mm=1.88m
