1.DC Source applied at terminal UDC+,UDC-
2. 3 phase 400AC,50Hz

Poorly worded question.
1) The VSD (Inverter) is connected to an external supply at 400V, 3ph, 50Hz..
2) UDC+, UDC- (R+; R-) are the terminals for connecting an external brake. The voltage on these terminals is over 500Vdc and is supplied FROM the VSD, not connetected TO the VSD

Regarding , there is an air cooler which control the fans(50% of AV FANS) by temperature in outlet , and the louver of Air cooler is controlled by HIC from control system , So if on Air cooler we will consider 2 individual I/P converter or positioner?
