why do we connect voltmeter in parallel,why not in
series,and why do we connect ammeter in series why not in

Voltage has property that its true value remains same in parallel circuits so in order to read true voltage reading its connected in parallel same is for current it remains same in series so ammeter connected in series to read true current value.
