Why 1800 ml of dissolution media used In Carbamazepine ER USP
Tablets But other drug only 900 ml Media Used ?

Because during dissolution development of Carbamazepine ER tab Complete drug release was not achieved in 900ml media for 400 mg strength. Thus 1800 ml volume was selected.
