what are the job responsibilitits of a quality analyst in a call center? or what are the job roles of a quality analist in a call center?
I mean if we both are strange for each other & i want to make friendship within 10 min. then what is the all process of that like "hell i m neeraj if u dont mind may i take ur 10min. then 2ns person says that why not sure" so plz guide like it ?

I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for.
