what are the normalisation, internal standard and external
standerd methods in HPLC.
Answer Posted / gitush
External standard is a standard that you bought. Internal standard is the one that you tested and compared to external standard, found it at the same or higher purity and use as a standard in your laboratory / company. Normalization is a process of getting the right concentrate calculated based on standard.
