MEP design will be majorly three parts.
Electrical:
Load to be calculated after approval of the client. then the cables, panels, lights to fixed.
Plumbing
There are two types here. 1. Water supply system and 2 Drainage system.
ACs - if any
Fire protection system.

When a capacitor is connected in a transmission line, capacitor also takes energy from the same supply. But how is it able to increase the terminal voltage???
