I have a small querry in SAP there are different
type of Users one of them is System User I want to know
why the system user is created and if created what is use
of them and how they are associated with the Dialogue
User ,As we all know Dialogue user can perform all work in
Sap by logging in the sap server , so why the system user
is created and how they are associated with Dialogue user

Hi
System user have lecence key to login into the sap server.
He is the person to give permissions to the dialogue user
to login into the sap server. Creation of Dailogue user
also created by the System user.
System user will perform jobs like 1)monitering the sap
servers, 2)Creation of users 3)instalation check 4)client
overview like this so many jobs are performed by the system
user. More over he is the perfect user for the sap server
who has licence key which was given by the SAPAG. The cost
of one system user licence is nearly 5lacks.
