1) Need to check the file permissions in unix!
2) Need to check the owner of that file!
3) Does the file would be transferred from some other operating system (Windows, MAC), if so we need to perform Dos2Unix in order to use it in unix.
4) What happens if the file has not received at 8 AM
5) Does it has fixed length
6) What kind of delimiters used
